Handling of Lost or Damaged Shipments

- Products must be in their original packaging, without wear and tear. Tampered warranty stickers disqualify returns.
- Non-returnable items include ICs, display glass, internal displays, tapes, adhesives, skins, screwdrivers, small parts, and batteries with tampered adhesive, among others listed in each product's description.
Return Shipping
- Defective on Arrival: Sparesonly.in covers return shipping costs.
- Exchanges/Buybacks: Shipping costs for exchanges or buybacks are the responsibility of the customer.
- RMA/Warranty Claims: Return shipping costs for warranty claims are borne by the customer.
